The Building of Greuel Manor: It's been a while, but still looking good!

I've been a little busy lately and haven't had a chance to post anything for a while, but quite a bit has happened. Last Friday, I met with a guy to measure for shades. Not much was done other than the master shower floor was tiled. Saturday was spent shopping online for a few final items. On Sunday, I spent a lot of time at the house picking out the color for the shades and the hardware for the cabinets. They were laying the carpet on Sunday while I was there. I also got the shades ordered on Sunday. On Monday, I finalized the audio equipment deal for the media room and the rest of the house... it's going to be amazing (at least it better be). On Tuesday, I made one final tweak to the media room (lighting controlled by the tv remote), met with my insurance man to get the coverage for the house, and then stopped by for a look. All of the doorknobs and doorstops are in, microwave installed, oven delivered and sitting in the garage, carpet is finished. The granite and sink is in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. Part of the granite is in the bar. The stair rails are starting to go up and they were finishing the tile work in the master shower and all of the closets organizers are in. I can't believe how fast everything is coming together. I think they may actually be able to pull this off by March 1. Still not sure about pouring the driveway though. I've been hoping for warm weather, but doesn't look like that is happening any time soon.
